Our transcription team leader undertakes the following tasks:
- Manages the day-to-day flow of operations
- Provides any training that team members need
- Communicates clear instructions to the team members
- Listens to team members' feedback
- Monitors team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided with is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is required
- Create reports to update the company upon the transcription team's progress
- Distributes reports to the appropriate personnel
